Bianca Technologies Inc. is a mobile application designed to facilitate wellness checks through AI-assisted phone calls. Users can use the App to initiate or manage these calls. The Service may involve recording calls, transcribing calls using AI, and analyzing content to provide summaries or insights related to wellness (subject to necessary consents as outlined in our Privacy Policy).

You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.
4. CONSENT FOR CALLS, RECORDING, AND TRANSCRIPTION
You acknowledge that recording and transcribing phone calls is subject to laws that vary by jurisdiction. If you use the Service to initiate a call to another person, you are solely responsible for obtaining explicit consent from the Recipient, as required by applicable law, before initiating any recording or transcription through the Service.
