About Bianca Technologies Inc.

We built Bianca because we saw a problem: too many vulnerable people are alone when they need help most. Family caregivers are stretched thin, healthcare facilities are understaffed, and emergencies happen when no one’s around.

Our mission is simple: use technology to make sure someone is always watching, always listening, and always ready to help.

Bianca is our AI assistant that calls patients regularly—not as a robot, but as a warm, caring companion. She checks in on how they’re doing, listens for signs of trouble, and connects them with their care team when it matters. When someone says “I can’t breathe” or “I fell,” Bianca doesn’t just log it—she immediately alerts caregivers who can respond.

But it’s not just about emergencies. We’re building something that catches problems early. By analyzing how people talk—their word choice, their patterns, their subtle changes—we can spot cognitive decline, depression, or other health issues before they become crises. We can even detect when someone might be experiencing abuse or exploitation.

For caregivers, we’re trying to lighten the load. Instead of constant worry and endless check-ins, they get clear insights about what actually needs attention. Instead of wondering if mom took her medication or if dad is okay, they know. The technology handles the monitoring so they can focus on the care.

Our Technology

Bianca is built on a modern, scalable technology stack:
