How It Works

What happens during a wellness check?
Bianca calls the designated phone number and has a natural, conversational check-in. The AI asks about how the person is feeling, their day, and any concerns. The conversation feels like talking to a friendly, caring person—not a robot.

What if someone doesn’t answer the phone?
If a wellness check call goes unanswered, Bianca will automatically alert your designated trusted contacts. You can configure how many missed calls trigger an alert, and the system will keep trying until someone responds or you’re notified.

How does Bianca detect problems?
Our AI analyzes speech patterns, word choice, tone, and conversation content to identify potential health issues, cognitive changes, or emergencies. If someone says “I fell” or “I can’t breathe,” or if patterns suggest cognitive decline or depression, the system immediately alerts caregivers.
